One of the earliest homesteads built in Bassendean, this heritage-listed 1915 home has been lovingly taken on by my clients, Lloyd and Linda — both passionate renovators. This marked my first full-home project with complete creative licence, encompassing the renovation and design of a new extension, façade and backyard landscaping, all delivered on a tight budget.

The transformation since its purchase has been remarkable, with the home now brimming with character and charm. I can’t wait to share more of this project as it continues to unfold.
